About the Role
jdr Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a Spa Manager for a luxury country house hotel in Fleet, Hampshire, within reach of Greater London. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead an award-winning boutique spa and leisure club. The hotel also features 120 bedrooms, a two-AA-rosette fine dining restaurant, meeting and events facilities, and stunning gardens.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa and leisure club, ensuring a welcoming and professional guest experience.
- Lead and support the team to maintain high standards of service.
- Coordinate staffing and daily activities to support the smooth running of the facilities.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve queries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety.
- Work with the wider hotel team to promote the spa and leisure offering and support commercial performance.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing a spa, leisure club or comparable hospitality operation.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- A guest-focused approach and an understanding of luxury service standards.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing operational priorities.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to maintaining service quality.
- An understanding of health, safety and hygiene requirements within a spa and leisure setting.
