About the Role
VANRATH is recruiting a permanent HR Generalist on behalf of a manufacturing company committed to quality and innovation. You will support employee success and operational excellence through a broad, site-based HR role. Although the listing location is Belfast, the role is based in Craigavon and requires attendance on site five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the manufacturing site.
- Support employee relations matters with a fair, consistent and practical approach.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and wider employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Work with managers to identify employee development needs and support continuous improvement in HR practices.
What You'll Need
- Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
- A sound understanding of employment legislation and good HR practice in Northern Ireland.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers.
- A discreet, organised approach to handling confidential information and competing priorities.
- Availability to work on site in Craigavon five days a week.
