About the Role
Nter Talent is advertising a contract opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing internal recruitment team based at a head office in Crewe, Cheshire. You will take ownership of high-volume, frontline recruitment, managing vacancies from the initial hiring-manager briefing through to offer. This role suits a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers a positive, professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple frontline vacancies, keeping recruitment activity organised and progressing efficiently.
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and agree an appropriate approach to each vacancy.
- Proactively source and engage suitable candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including at offer stage.
- Keep recruitment records up to date and provide hiring managers with progress updates.
What You'll Need
- Recruitment experience, with the ability to manage vacancies from briefing through to offer.
- Confidence handling high-volume recruitment and competing priorities.
- Strong candidate-sourcing skills and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with hiring managers.
