About the Role
Join Co-op as a Customer Team Member at Land at Ferry Road, Stromness, Orkney Islands, KW16 3BH. This permanent, part-time role offers 16 hours per week, with regular overtime, at £13.04 per hour. You’ll help customers and support the day-to-day running of the store, with full, paid training provided. Shifts include early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and at least one weekend shift, with the working pattern discussed at interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers with their shopping.
- Serve customers at the till and handle transactions accurately.
- Replenish shelves and keep products tidy and accessible.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment.
- Work with colleagues to support daily store tasks, including opening and closing duties as required.
