The DC-UK Co-packOperations Manager leads all co-packing and gifting operations within theDistribution Centre, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective deliveryof a high-volume operation. The role is responsible for driving performanceacross people, processes and productivity, ensuring safety, quality, serviceand cost targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with Supply Chain,Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, VAS and external partners,the role delivers a high-performing, agile and scalable co-pack operation thatsupports business objectives. Your Tasks People Leadership& Development Lead, coach and develop operational teams, team leaders and support functions. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. Manage training, performance reviews, succession planning and talent development. Oversee agency labour performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. StakeholderManagement Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, SHE and external suppliers. Act as the key operational contact for co-pack activity and escalations. Support seasonal peaks, gifting programmes and customer initiatives. OperationalManagement Lead co-pack operations across multiple shifts to deliver production plans safely and efficiently. Achieve productivity, quality, service and cost targets. Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions and performance improvements. Ensure inventory accuracy, material availability and smooth production flow. ContinuousImprovement Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Use data and reporting to improve productivity, quality, service and cost performance. Support system optimisation and deliver improvement projects aligned to Supply Chain strategy. Resource &Budget Management Manage labour, overtime, agency spend and operational budgets. Plan and deploy resources effectively to meet demand while controlling costs. Monitor financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities. Health, Safety,Environment & Quality Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with COMAH, company policies and legislation. Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions. Maintain quality standards and customer specifications. Site Leadership Support site security, contractor management and emergency response activities. Participate in duty management and out-of-hours escalation processes. Provide leadership during operational incidents and emergencies. Your Profile 5+ years' experience in Operations, Production, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics. Proven experience leading large, multi-shift teams. Strong knowledge of co-packing, production and supply chain operations. Experience managing labour, budgets and operational performance. Strong leadership, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills. Lean/continuous improvement experience. IOSH Managing Safely essential; NEBOSH desirable.
