This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a skilled joiner with previous joinery shop or workshop experience. The successful candidate will join a modern production factory, working as part of a skilled team producing high-quality bespoke joinery products. The role involves manufacturing bespoke windows, doors, stairs and general joinery using modern machinery. Candidates must be confident working from technical drawings and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Please note: Previous joinery shop or workshop experience is essential for this role. The Role As a Bench Joiner / Workshop Joiner, you will be responsible for manufacturing bespoke joinery products to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, quality and excellent craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing bespoke windows, doors, stairs and general joinery
Reading and working from technical drawings
Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing timber components
Operating joinery machinery, hand tools and workshop equipment
Completing jobs accurately and efficiently
Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Supporting the wider joinery team when required
Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe
Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required Minimum 1 year of joinery experience
Previous Bench Joinery or Workshop Joinery experience is essential
Experience working in a joinery shop, workshop or production environment
Experience manufacturing bespoke joinery products
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
Experience using joinery machinery and workshop equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team
Reliable, hardworking and punctual

Ideal Candidate Candidates with previous experience in bespoke joinery manufacturing, particularly windows, doors, stairs and general timber products, will be well suited to this role.
