Demonstrate effective sales leadership behaviours, including collaboration, creativity, persistent follow-up, sound judgement in scoping and pricing, and a strong focus on closing the deal and delivering profitable revenue.
Build and deepen relationships with key clients and internal cross-functional teams to maximise the penetration of target accounts and identify opportunities for integrated AI Workforce Transformation work in particular.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative work, managing budget, timeline, quality, risk and client expectations while enabling effective delegation and team development.
Coach, mentor and develop colleagues through project leadership, on-the-job feedback and role modelling of strong client advisory, change consulting, commercial and communication skills.
