About the Role
Network Plus is seeking a Water Agent for a permanent role based in Fleetwood, Lancashire, supporting infrastructure projects across the North West. Working as a Site Agent on the existing clean water network for United Utilities, you will manage the resources needed to deliver a wide range of schemes. You will provide operational leadership to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the client’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and supervise operational teams delivering clean water infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate supply chain partners and allocate resources to support project delivery.
- Lead site operations, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
- Monitor progress against project programmes and address issues affecting delivery.
- Manage work within agreed budgets while meeting quality and client requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with teams, supply chain partners and client representatives.
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience in site supervision or management within water, utilities or infrastructure projects.
- The ability to plan resources and coordinate operational teams and supply chain partners.
- A sound understanding of safe working practices in an infrastructure environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with a focus on programme, cost and quality requirements.
- Clear communication and leadership skills to support effective project delivery.
- A practical approach to resolving site issues and meeting client expectations.
