About the Role
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join the senior clinical leadership team at Woodland Hospital as Ward Manager and Resuscitation Lead. Based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, this part-time role combines operational leadership of the inpatient ward with strategic oversight of resuscitation services across the hospital. Working 30 hours, you will provide inspirational leadership with a focus on outstanding patient care and safe clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the inpatient ward, supporting safe, effective and patient-centred care.
- Provide strategic oversight of resuscitation services across the hospital.
- Support and motivate the ward team, promoting high standards of nursing practice and professional accountability.
- Work with senior clinical colleagues to review care delivery and drive improvements in patient safety and quality.
- Promote staff readiness for resuscitation through clinical guidance, training support and review of practice.
