About the Role
Quest Employment is recruiting experienced VNA / Reach Truck FLT Drivers for a busy warehouse operation in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with immediate starts available. You will support the safe and efficient movement of stock across the warehouse, working Monday to Friday on an AM or PM shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VNA or Reach Truck forklift equipment safely within the warehouse.
- Move stock to and from designated storage and picking locations.
- Support warehouse activities by ensuring goods are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Carry out pre-use equipment checks and report faults or safety concerns.
- Follow site health and safety procedures and keep working areas tidy.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience operating VNA or Reach Truck forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- The ability to demonstrate safe and competent FLT operation during an assessment.
- A good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
- Attention to detail when moving and storing stock.
- Reliability and availability to work the relevant Monday-to-Friday shift.
What's on Offer
- Pay of £13.99–£15.86 per hour, depending on shift and FLT assessment.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
- AM shift: 6:00am–2:00pm; PM shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm.
- A temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Brackmills, Northampton.
