About the Role
Hackajob is partnering directly with BNY Mellon to recruit a Vice President, Production Services Application Support in Manchester, Greater Manchester. This permanent role sits within the BNY Pershing Technology Applications Support Group. You will help support production applications, working closely with colleagues across Technology, business units and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production applications, helping maintain reliable services for business users.
- Investigate application issues and coordinate with relevant technology teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with business units and client-facing colleagues to understand support needs and service impacts.
- Communicate progress on application issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to support documentation and improvements to application support processes.
What You'll Need
- Experience in production services or application support within a complex technology environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a structured approach to resolving issues.
- The ability to work collaboratively across technology, business and client-facing teams.
- Clear communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to different audiences.
