About the Role
Mr Clutch Autocentres is looking for a qualified and highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join its friendly team in Swindon, Wiltshire. In this permanent role, you will diagnose, repair and service customers’ vehicles, helping to get them safely back on the road as quickly as possible. You will play an important part in the success of the business by delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle faults and identify the repairs required.
- Carry out servicing and maintenance on customers’ vehicles.
- Complete mechanical repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Check completed work to ensure vehicles are ready to return to the road.
- Work with colleagues to keep jobs progressing and minimise vehicle downtime.
What You'll Need
- A relevant vehicle technician or motor mechanic qualification.
- Strong practical skills in vehicle diagnosis, servicing and repair.
- A thorough approach to fault-finding and attention to detail.
- The ability to complete work in a timely manner without compromising quality or safety.
- A positive, reliable approach and the ability to work well within a team.
