UX Engineer (FX Trading Systems) We are seeking an experienced UX Engineer with strong expertise in FX Trading Systems to join a high-performing FX Pricing & Hedging team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing modern user interfaces for an electronic FX trading platform, transforming complex trading workflows into seamless user experiences that drive productivity, improve usability, and reduce operational risk.
Working closely with Traders, Sales, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation while ensuring all user-facing functionality is fully documented and aligned with UX standards.
Key Responsibilities UX Design Design intuitive user experiences for FX pricing, trading, risk management, and operational workflows.
Create user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Simplify complex financial workflows while preserving essential business functionality.
Conduct usability reviews and incorporate user feedback into continuous product improvements.
Define, maintain, and evolve UX standards and reusable design components.

Required Skills & Experience Professional Experience Significant experience designing enterprise-grade software applications.
Strong hands-on front-end development background.
Experience within Financial Markets, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Trading Technology.
Proven experience working directly with Front Office users and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Front-End Technologies Strong practical experience with:

Responsive UI development

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional who can comfortably move between UX design , software development , and business engagement . You will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences while understanding the demands of fast-paced trading environments.
You should be equally comfortable discussing workflow requirements with Traders, designing wireframes with Product teams, implementing front-end solutions, and producing high-quality user documentation.
Nice to Have Experience working on FX Pricing or Hedging platforms.
Knowledge of low-latency trading environments.
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
Experience creating and managing design systems.
