Successful candidates must be able to work on a fully flexible basis, including a mixture of day and night shifts. Driving Requirement This service requires drivers. Due to Mobility Car Insurance requirements, applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no endorsements or penalty points . Unfortunately, we cannot accept international or provisional licences. The vehicle used within this service is manual. About You We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who can inspire others while delivering excellent person-centred support. We are looking for a strong candidate with experience in supporting adults with autism, complex needs and/or mental health conditions. You will be passionate about making a positive difference, committed to promoting independence, and capable of leading a team to deliver outstanding support. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting individuals with daily living activities, medication administration, and personal care. Coordinating and attending appointments. Delivering support in line with each individual's assessed needs, support plans, risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and contractual standards. Ensuring all contracted hours within the service are covered, including arranging cover for annual leave, sickness, and training. Leading and supporting a staff team through supervisions, coaching, team meetings, and day-to-day guidance. Contributing to support plans, person-centred plans, and risk assessments. Building positive relationships with families and professionals, promoting open communication and continuous improvement in the support provided.
