As part of this role you will be required to participate in on callduties, working day shifts, sleepover shift and weekends.You will act as the front-line manager, supportingapproximately 12 colleagues, while also completing essential administrative,compliance and operational tasks to ensure the service runs safely andeffectively.This is a highly rewarding role, offering theopportunity to make a real difference through high-quality, person-centredcare, while building meaningful relationships and enjoying positiveexperienceswith the individuals yousupport.About the ServiceA detached supported living service consisting of21self-contained flats and Studio Apartments which is set out in blocks, wherepeople live independently in their own homes with tailored support, such as:Promoting independence and life skillsCooking and supporting individuals in their own homesMedication administration and oversightTaking part in fun activities and community outingsEnsuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we supportThere is a central communal area with kitchen andtoilet facilities used by Colleagues. With planned communal activities for thepeople, we support which include cooking sessions, arts & crafts, lunchclub, coffee morning. Support is delivered flexibly and in partnershipwith the people we support, their families and external professionals.
