About the Role
Hackajob Ltd is partnering directly with Raytheon UK to recruit a System Requirements Engineer in Harlow, Essex. This permanent, onsite engineering role focuses on defining and managing system requirements to support effective engineering delivery. You will help translate technical needs into clear, traceable and verifiable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, analyse and document system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Review requirements for clarity, completeness, consistency and testability.
- Maintain traceability between stakeholder needs, system requirements and verification activities.
- Work with engineering colleagues to resolve requirements queries and technical ambiguities.
- Assess proposed requirements changes and their impact on related engineering activities.
- Support technical reviews and maintain accurate requirements documentation.
What You'll Need
- An understanding of systems engineering and requirements management principles.
- The ability to turn complex technical information into clear, structured requirements.
- A methodical approach to analysis, documentation and change control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders.
- Awareness of requirements traceability, verification and validation.
- Availability to work onsite in Harlow, Essex.
