About the Role
Join All Care as a Support Worker, providing person-centred care to people in their own homes across Portsmouth, Fareham and Gosport. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support that respects each individual’s needs, preferences and routines.
- Assist with personal care and everyday activities while promoting dignity and independence.
- Offer companionship and reassurance to the people you support.
- Observe and report changes in wellbeing to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
