About the Role
Join All Care as a Support Worker, providing person-centred home care in Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding areas of Oxfordshire. In this permanent role, you will help people with everyday tasks while supporting their independence, dignity and wellbeing. All Care has over 20 years of experience delivering home care, making this an opportunity to contribute to an established care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support people with everyday activities in their own homes, following their individual care plans.
- Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect for each person’s dignity and privacy.
- Encourage independence and support people’s choices and preferences.
- Offer companionship and reassurance, building positive, professional relationships.
- Communicate changes in wellbeing or care needs to the wider care team.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding and safe working procedures.
