About the Role
Join RAC as a Superflex Roadside Patrol Mechanic in East Acton, West London, providing practical support to motorists when they need it most. In this full-time role, you’ll combine mechanical expertise with the adaptability needed to keep a roadside service running. You’ll work an average of 40 hours per week across the year, with your roster provided seven days in advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults.
- Carry out appropriate roadside repairs to help motorists get moving again.
- Explain faults and next steps clearly, offering reassurance to customers.
- Work safely when assessing and repairing vehicles at the roadside.
- Adapt to changing call-outs and roster requirements as part of the Superflex patrol service.
