About the Role
Join RAC as a Superflex Roadside Patrol Mechanic in Parliament Hill, North London, helping motorists get moving again. This full-time role combines practical mechanical work with the adaptability needed to support a responsive roadside service. You’ll work an average of 40 hours per week across the year, receiving your roster seven days in advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults.
- Carry out safe, practical roadside repairs wherever possible.
- Explain faults and next steps clearly to motorists.
- Help arrange appropriate further assistance when a vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside.
- Adapt to a varied weekly roster to support service demand.
- Follow safe working practices when working on vehicles and at roadside locations.
