About the Role
Ramsay Health Care is looking for a Staff Nurse to join the Outpatient team at Clifton Park Hospital in York, North Yorkshire, on a permanent basis. You’ll help deliver high-quality clinical outcomes in a patient-centred environment that gives you more time to care. Your skills and expertise will be valued, with opportunities to develop further through the Ramsay Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to patients attending the outpatient department.
- Assess patients’ needs, plan appropriate care and evaluate their progress.
- Support outpatient consultations and clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
- Work closely with the wider clinical team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow relevant professional standards and hospital policies.
- Provide clear information and reassurance to patients and those supporting them.
What You'll Need
- A recognised nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
- Sound clinical judgement and a commitment to safe, high-quality nursing care.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patients.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
