About the Role
Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Software Development Manager to lead engineering standards for a high-growth UK SaaS platform. This contract opportunity is based in Lancing, West Sussex, with hybrid or remote working available. You'll bring strong technical leadership and a focus on code quality, DevOps maturity and scalable systems, working with NestJS, NodeJS and Vue; leaders with a C#/.NET background are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need
