About the Role
Essential Employment is recruiting a Server Engineer & Cloud Architect for a full-time temporary contract in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. You will provide specialist third-line support and help manage hybrid server, storage and cloud environments. The role combines complex technical troubleshooting with infrastructure management and cloud solution design, with a focus on availability, performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide third-line support for IT incidents, service requests and problem management activities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting infrastructure services.
- Administer, maintain and optimise hybrid server, storage and cloud environments.
- Monitor and maintain the availability, performance and reliability of infrastructure services.
- Design, implement and support cloud solutions.
