This permanent role involves overseeing site delivery, with a focus on safety, quality and progress. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for the high-rise retrofit works.
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to support safe and efficient delivery.
- Monitor progress against the programme and address issues affecting delivery.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and site housekeeping.
- Oversee workmanship and quality checks, ensuring works meet project requirements.
- Communicate progress, risks and site requirements to the wider project team.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing construction sites, ideally involving retrofit, refurbishment or high-rise projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
- A sound understanding of construction health and safety and quality standards.
- Good planning and problem-solving skills to keep site activities on track.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship, as certificates of sponsorship are not available for this role.
