About the Role
Join Witherslack Group as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Albrighton, Shropshire, on a full-time basis. Working in a children's home, you'll be part of young people's day-to-day lives, supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a shift leader, you'll help create a supportive environment where young people can enjoy their childhood and build towards adulthood. Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support colleagues to deliver consistent, child-centred care.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and provide emotional and practical support.

What You'll Need
- Experience supporting children or young people, with the ability to take on senior responsibilities in a residential setting.
- The confidence to guide colleagues and help coordinate day-to-day support during shifts.
- A patient, empathetic approach and resilience when working through difficult moments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding and flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins where required.
