About the Role
Join Witherslack Group as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, in a full-time role supporting young people in a children's home. As a shift leader, you will be part of their day-to-day lives, offering support through both the highest highs and the lowest lows. You will help young people enjoy their childhood, celebrate small victories and build foundations for adulthood.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support for young people in a residential setting.
- Lead shifts, helping colleagues deliver consistent, child-centred care.
- Build trusting relationships that help young people feel safe, valued and listened to.
- Support positive routines, everyday activities and the development of independence.
- Promote young people's welfare and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Work flexibly across the rota, including weekends and agreed sleep-in duties.
What You'll Need

- A listed salary of £32,809, with advertised earnings of £37,254–£41,808 assuming good attendance and up to four sleep-ins per month.
