Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily care needs, respecting their dignity, independence and personal preferences.
- Help colleagues deliver consistent, compassionate care in line with individual care plans.
- Observe residents’ wellbeing and report changes or concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Promote a safe, welcoming environment and follow safeguarding and care procedures.
What You'll Need
