About the Role
One Way Resourcing Limited is recruiting experienced Part 1, Part 2 and Advanced Scaffolders for a contract opportunity on a major infrastructure project in Solihull. This vacancy is listed in Coventry, West Midlands, with work taking place at the Solihull project site. You will support construction activities by ensuring scaffolding is erected, modified and dismantled safely and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding in accordance with site requirements and your level of qualification.
- Inspect scaffolding components to identify damage or defects before use.
- Ensure scaffolding structures are safe and fit for their intended use.
- Work closely with site teams to coordinate scaffolding requirements and support construction activities.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and comply with site procedures.
What You'll Need
- Experience working as a Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder.
- Relevant scaffolding qualifications appropriate to your level.
- Knowledge of current scaffolding standards and safe working practices.
- The ability to identify defective components and recognise potential safety risks.
- A reliable, team-focused approach and clear communication skills.
- Availability to work on site in Solihull.
