About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults.
- Carry out diagnostic checks and appropriate roadside repairs.
- Explain faults and next steps clearly to drivers.
- Work safely and professionally when assisting customers at the roadside.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and assistance provided.
What You'll Need
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent.
- At least two years’ relevant vehicle maintenance experience.
- Practical fault-finding and vehicle repair skills.
- A helpful, customer-focused approach and clear communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to demand-led shifts.
