About the Role
Join RAC as a Roadside Vehicle Mechanic in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, helping to keep the UK moving. In this full-time role, you’ll use your vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills to support motorists at the roadside. You’ll start and finish on your driveway, working demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults.

What You'll Need
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
- At least two years’ relevant vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
- Strong fault-finding skills and a practical approach to vehicle repairs.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to demand-led shifts.
