About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults.
- Use diagnostic and practical repair skills to resolve problems where possible.
- Carry out roadside repairs safely and professionally.
- Explain faults and next steps clearly to drivers, offering reassurance throughout.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, repairs and assistance provided.
What You'll Need
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent.
- At least two years’ relevant vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused manner.
- The ability to work independently and safely in a roadside environment.
- Flexibility to work demand-led shifts.
