About the Role
Tailored Personnel Services Ltd is recruiting for a Residential Children's Support Worker to join an established and growing children's care provider in Whiston, near Prescot, Merseyside. The opportunity is suited to an experienced residential support worker, with senior support worker opportunities also referenced. This contract role follows a rota of two days on and four days off, including sleep-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children living in a residential setting.
- Build positive, trusting relationships that support children's wellbeing and development.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive home environment and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Support children with daily routines, activities and developing independence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain accurate records and contribute to effective handovers.
- Participate in the agreed rota, including sleep-in duties.
