Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Onboard new employees by preparing necessary documents and facilitating orientation. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives. Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed to ensure a well-stocked workspace. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous. Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within a corporate setting. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
