About the Role
Network Plus is looking for a Reinstatement Agent to supervise reinstatement teams across its contract in Manchester, Greater Manchester. This permanent role involves overseeing work on public highways, building sites and private residential land. You will help teams deliver work safely and responsibly, with a focus on getting it right first time and achieving high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise reinstatement teams and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Oversee reinstatement work across public highways, building sites and private residential land.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure reinstatement meets the required quality standards.
- Ensure teams carry out tasks safely and responsibly, taking account of the surrounding environment.
- Identify issues affecting safety or quality and support their resolution.
What You'll Need
- The ability to supervise teams and communicate clear instructions.
- A strong commitment to quality workmanship and getting work right first time.
- An understanding of safe working practices in construction or reinstatement environments.
- A responsible approach to working in public spaces and on private property.
- Previous experience with tarmac, modular and rigid surfaces would be an advantage.
