About the Role
Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in technology and engineering to join a newly formed team within an established recruitment business in Bristol. This contract opportunity offers the chance to build relationships with clients and candidates while developing your recruitment skills. You will work alongside two award-winning consultants and top billers, with daily training, mentoring and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the technology and engineering sectors.
- Identify and engage candidates suited to clients’ recruitment requirements.
- Discuss vacancies with clients and match candidates’ skills and experience to suitable opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and support clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the team’s success.
- Take part in daily coaching and training to strengthen your recruitment approach.

What's on Offer
- A basic salary of £28,000–£32,000.
- An advertised commission rate of 40%.
