Ensuring the site complies with all regulatory requirements and that a strong Health & Safety Culture is promoted and adhered to protecting employees and visitors alike.Develop, manage, monitor, promote and report on the QHSE performance of the siteCarry out risk assessments identifying and investigating any issues across all aspects of QHSE working with key internal and external stakeholders to eliminate risk. Develop site action plans based on your findings and drive improvement, monitoring progress and reporting on the site's QHSE performance.Monitoring and advising on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.Responsible for liaising with third party inspections/auditors regarding company accreditation and compliance matters, e.g. HSE, Local Authority, Fire Services, Insurance, ISO accreditation, etcReviewing training and competency with Team Leaders and assisting in arranging training where required.
