About the Role
M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited is recruiting a QHSE Engineer for a globally recognised, high-volume manufacturer in Warwick, Warwickshire. This permanent position will strengthen the Engineering department, supporting and maintaining the organisation’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. You will help ensure compliance with applicable legislation, standards, company policies and client requirements while promoting continuous improvement and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards, internal policies and client requirements.
- Help identify quality, safety and environmental risks and support appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain QHSE documentation and records to support effective compliance monitoring.
- Work with engineering and manufacturing colleagues to improve processes and promote safe working practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities across quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience in QHSE within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems and their practical application.
- An understanding of relevant legislation, standards and compliance requirements.
- A methodical approach to documentation, problem-solving and identifying improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- A commitment to safe working practices and continuous improvement.
