Office location: Coventry or Leeds (covering projects nationally) Remuneration: £52,000 - £57,500 + bonus Benefits: Health insurance, phone/laptop, pension The role of the Project Manager – Resin Flooring will involve: · Project Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors. · Manage the delivery of multiple resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK. · Coordinate site teams, labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to keep projects on programme. · Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety and client requirements are met. · Monitor project progress, costs and performance, resolving issues and managing variations where required. xrexnqw · Liaise with clients, principal contractors and internal teams from mobilisation through to project completion. The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Resin Flooring with: · Must have experience in a project manager or site manager role · Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels · Confident and articulate
