You'll play an important role in supporting change initiatives, ensuring enhancements are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual activity and that colleagues have the processes, documentation and support they need to operate effectively.
Using performance data and insight, you'll help monitor process effectiveness, identify future risks and opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of our Commercial & Digital operations.
You'll also build strong relationships across multiple teams, creating effective feedback loops and ensuring everyone remains aligned as processes evolve and improve.
