About the Role
ALDWYCH CONSULTING LTD is recruiting for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join a highly respected, technically strong building services consultancy in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This permanent position offers an experienced electrical engineer the opportunity to take responsibility for major projects and provide technical leadership. You will combine electrical engineering expertise with client relationship management and the development of engineering teams across a varied project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical building services design and delivery for major projects.
- Provide technical direction and review engineering work to maintain quality and compliance with relevant standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships, communicating technical proposals and project progress clearly.
- Support and develop engineering colleagues through mentoring and technical guidance.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver practical, integrated building services solutions.
- Help manage project priorities, resources and delivery requirements.
What You'll Need
- Strong experience in electrical engineering within building services.
- The ability to lead complex projects and take ownership of technical decisions.
- A sound understanding of relevant electrical design standards and regulations.
