About the Role
Outcomes First Group is looking for an inspiring Primary SEN Teacher to join Riseley Green School in Riseley, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 1QF. You will support primary-aged pupils with special educational needs, adapting your teaching to help them engage with learning and make progress. This permanent, term-time-only role is due to start in November 2026, with working hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching approaches and resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, using this to inform future teaching.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and promote positive behaviour.
