About the Role
Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber Multi Trader for a permanent position within a reactive maintenance team. Based in Swindon, you will cover domestic properties across Bristol, Cardiff, Oxford and surrounding areas. The role combines domestic plumbing work with wider multi-trade maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests at domestic properties across the coverage area.
- Identify plumbing faults and carry out appropriate repairs.
- Undertake a range of general maintenance tasks within your skills and competence.
- Complete work safely, efficiently and to a good standard.
- Communicate professionally with residents and the maintenance team about repairs and progress.
What You'll Need
- Strong experience in domestic plumbing and repairs.
- Multi-trade skills and the ability to undertake maintenance work beyond plumbing.
- A reliable, practical approach to reactive maintenance.
- The ability to assess faults and work independently.
- Willingness to travel from Swindon to properties across Bristol, Cardiff, Oxford and surrounding areas.
