About the Role
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to lead the physiotherapy team at Glendon Wood Hospital in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Part of the Ramsay Health Care Group, the hospital provides NHS and private healthcare across a range of specialties. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and combines clinical practice with team leadership, making it well suited to a confident, capable practitioner committed to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the physiotherapy team in delivering safe, effective, patient-centred care.
- Assess patients’ needs, develop treatment plans and review progress towards rehabilitation goals.
- Coordinate day-to-day physiotherapy activity, prioritising workloads according to clinical need.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital to support coordinated patient care.
- Promote good clinical practice, accurate documentation and continuous service improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to encourage their professional development.
What You'll Need
