About the Role
Join Network Plus as a Performance Analyst Apprentice in Treharris, Merthyr Tydfil County, Wales. Supporting the Welsh Water contract, you will help turn data into meaningful insights that improve operational performance and customer outcomes. This permanent role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience while completing the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship (Skills England).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collection and organisation of data relating to the Welsh Water contract.
- Help analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with preparing reports that communicate useful insights to the team.
- Check data for accuracy and highlight inconsistencies for review.
- Work with colleagues to understand how data can support operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Take part in apprenticeship learning and apply developing analytical skills in the workplace.
