About the Role
TPS is looking for a Parts Sales Executive to join its team in Dronfield, Derbyshire, on a permanent basis. TPS supplies independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to help them service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. In this sales role, you will support customers with their parts requirements and help develop lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parts sales enquiries from independent garages and bodyshops.
- Help customers identify suitable parts and products for their servicing and repair needs.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Build strong customer relationships through helpful advice and reliable follow-up.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the team's sales performance.
- Work with colleagues to keep customers informed about their orders.
