This role is ideal for Paramedics who are looking for more predictable hours, a supportive clinical environment, and opportunities for career development — while continuing to use their clinical expertise in a meaningful way. You'll receive full training and ongoing support , so no previous Functional Assessor experience is required. What's on Offer Competitive salary: £37,500 – £49,934 (location-dependent) Hybrid working , with a blend of centre-based assessments and home-based reporting Structured salary increases: £1,000 uplift at 6 months £1,000 uplift at 12 months
