About the Role
Ionic Technologies is seeking an Operational EHSQ Manager to join its growing team at the Demonstration Plant in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In this permanent role, you will build, implement and manage an Integrated Management System compliant with relevant ISO standards. You will help ensure safe, environmentally responsible working practices and oversee environmental, health, safety and quality compliance across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain an Integrated Management System aligned with relevant ISO standards.
- Manage operational environmental, health, safety and quality arrangements at the Demonstration Plant.
- Review working practices, identify risks and support appropriate measures to protect people and the environment.
- Monitor compliance with applicable requirements and maintain clear procedures and supporting records.
- Work with colleagues to embed safe working practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Coordinate management system reviews and support the resolution of non-conformances.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing environmental, health, safety and quality activities in an operational setting.
- The ability to build, implement and manage an Integrated Management System.
- A sound understanding of relevant ISO standards and their practical application.
- Knowledge of safe working practices, environmental responsibilities and operational compliance.
- Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to risk assessment, documentation and improvement.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with plant teams.
