About the Role
Busy Bees is looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join its team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, on a full-time basis. You will oversee multiple rooms, helping to ensure educational strategies are consistently embedded across the nursery. This leadership role offers the opportunity to inspire colleagues and support high standards of care and learning for every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day practice across multiple nursery rooms, supporting a safe and nurturing environment.
- Lead and encourage colleagues to deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences.
- Help integrate educational strategies consistently across the nursery.
- Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities that reflect children’s individual needs.
- Promote safeguarding, children’s wellbeing and positive relationships with families.
What You'll Need
- Experience in an early years setting and the ability to support and guide colleagues.
- A sound understanding of early years learning and child development.
- A commitment to safeguarding and providing high standards of care.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
