About the Role
Busy Bees is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team in Corsham, Wiltshire, on a full-time basis. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children’s intellectual, social and emotional development. Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and support children’s learning and development through play.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, confidence and social skills.
- Observe children’s progress and use your observations to support their individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment, following safeguarding and nursery procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues and communicate with parents and carers about children’s wellbeing and development.
What You'll Need
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in early years education or childcare.
- An understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- A caring, patient approach and a commitment to high-quality early education.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- An understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting children’s welfare.
