About the Role
Busy Bees is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, on a full-time basis. As an Early Years Educator, you will help foster children’s intellectual, social and emotional development in a nurturing nursery environment. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning through play.
- Support children’s social, emotional and intellectual development, responding to their individual needs.
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children can explore and develop confidence.
- Observe children’s progress and use these observations to inform learning opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues to support consistent care.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures in daily practice.
What You'll Need
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education.
- An understanding of early childhood development and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
- A commitment to safeguarding children and providing high-quality care and education.
